USA Deliveries
We only use FedEx to ship our items, so please NO P.O. boxes. We do not ship any items Express, overnight, Air, Second Day air, we only ship all items Fed Ex Ground.

Standard shipping charges for USA deliveries are calculated as follows:
$5.95 for merchandise totals from $0.01 to $15.00
$6.95 for merchandise totals from $15.01 to $30.00
$8.95 for merchandise totals from $30.01 to $45.00
$9.95 for merchandise totals from $45.01 to $60.00
$10.95 for merchandise totals from $60.01 to $75.00
$12.95 for merchandise totals from $75.01 to $100
$14.95 for merchandise totals from $100.01 to $150.00
$16.95 for merchandise totals from $150.01 to $175.00
$18.95 for merchandise totals from $175.01 to $200.00
$20.95 for merchandise totals from $200.01 to $250.00
$22.95 for merchandise totals from $250.01 to $300.00
$26.95 for merchandise totals from $300.01 to $400.00
Orders over $400.00 are shipping are 30.95

International Shipping

We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska,APO ,FPO or International. If you place an order from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada,APO, FPO or Interantional. THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

Please note delivery times that are stated on web pages for any items that you have ordered.



We do not do local pick-up for any items. If you place an order that is invalid, ie, lowercase letters when we do not do lower case letters, YOUR ORDER WILL BE VOIDED.
Please refer to web page that you ordered item(s) from for delivery times on other items.

When your item(s) ships, you will be sent an e-mail from the FED EX system with your FED EX tracking number, and estimated delivery time.

Return Policy

Personilized items cannot be returned, all sales are final on all personalized items, other items have a 15 day return policy from date that product was delivered. They must be returned in that 15 day period, in proper packaging, we will not refund for any product that was not packaged properly when returned and is damaged. We will refund full amount of purchase, excluding shipping costs. Please note that there are some exceptions to the 15 day return policy, if so they are noted on the web page of the product.

Damaged Products

If your product was damaged in shipping please notify us within 24 hours of package delivery. Please do not discard any packaging, or boxes, when we file a claim for the damaged item, FED EX might need to see damaged product and packaging. Contact us at 636-244-7001, or info@sjawoodesign.com include your name, address, and product that was damaged. If Fed Ex does not inspect your product, we will require proof of damage i.e. a digital photo e-mailed to us, or a normal photo sent via normal mail. IF WE DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF THIS DAMAGE 30 DAYS AFTER PRODUCT IS DELIVERED, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT. There is no exception to this policy, we have this policy in place to prevent FRAUD. Do not return damaged product to us, until told to do so. No need to incur additional shipping costs on a damaged product.. In some cases FED EX will pick up the damaged product, if not we will contact you after we have filed the claim as to what to do with the damaged product. In most case we will replace the damaged product.
