How to order Wooden Letters Page
We no longer accept orders via phone, fax or mail. We have had a large degree of fraud with these orders. Ordering on-line is SAFE AND SECURE. If you attempt to commit any type of fraud while placing an order we will prosecute to the fullest extend of the law. We use the best fraud detection software on the internet. We use AVS matching, the billing address that you use will be verified. Please make sure it is spelled correctly.
The only way to place your order is to click on the 
"Add to Cart" button. This connects you to the secure server, that is safe to use with your credit card. Please pay close attention to any ordering instructions on the page you are placing the order from. If ordering personalized items, or wooden letters read all instructions carefully. If you do not order properly, your order will be canceled, and credit card transaction voided. You will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that your order has been placed. It will contain a confirmation number, use this number if you need to contact us about your order. If using a free e-mail service, please check your bulk/spam e-mail, every order has a confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provide us with.

Shipping, Return, and Damaged product Policies
Please note delivery times that are stated on web pages for any items that you have ordered.
Please note all personalized items have a production time of 14 to 17 working days(exclude Sat. and Sun.) for cutting plus transit time.
We do not do local pick-up for any items. If you place an order that is invalid, ie, lowercase letters when we do not do lower case letters, YOUR ORDER WILL BE VOIDED.
Letter orders, Please allow 5 business (exclude Sat. and Sunday and holidays) days for the letters to ship, plus transit time. Each letter is hand cut when you order it. Orders over 25 Letters ship in 9 to 12 business days (exclude Sat. and Sunday and holidays), plus transit time.

When your item(s) ships, you will be sent an e-mail from the FED EX system with your FED EX tracking number, and estimated delivery time.
Return Policy
Personalized items cannot be returned, all sales are final on all personalized items, other items have a 15 day return policy from date that product was delivered. They must be returned in that 15 day period, in proper packaging, we will not refund for any product that was not packaged properly when returned and is damaged. We will refund full amount of purchase, excluding shipping costs. Please note that there are some exceptions to the 15 day return policy, if so they are noted on the web page of the product.
Damaged Products
If your product was damaged in shipping please notify us within 24 hours of package delivery. Please do not discard any packaging, or boxes, when we file a claim for the damaged item, FED EX might need to see damaged product and packaging. Contact us at 636-244-7001, or info@sjawoodesign.com include your name, address, and product that was damaged. If Fed Ex does not inspect your product, we will require proof of damage i.e. a digital photo e-mailed to us, or a normal photo sent via normal mail. IF WE DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF THIS DAMAGE 30 DAYS AFTER PRODUCT IS DELIVERED, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT. There is no exception to this policy, we have this policy in place to prevent FRAUD. Do not return damaged product to us, until told to do so. No need to incur additional shipping costs on a damaged product.. In some cases FED EX will pick up the damaged product, if not we will contact you after we have filed the claim as to what to do with the damaged product. In most case we will replace the damaged product.
